Quote form. When you request a quote, we collect the name, email address, phone number, project type, budget range, desired timeline, and message you provide.

Project Planner. When you use the AI project planner, we collect your project description and, if you choose to upload them, up to four inspiration photos. Your name and contact details are optional there.

Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and keep the Site secure.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not collect payment details through the Site.

3. How we use your information

We use what you share to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates and project briefs, and contact you by phone or email about your potential project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We do not use your information for automated advertising profiles, and we send marketing communications only if you ask us to.

4. AI-generated project briefs

The Project Planner sends your project description and any uploaded photos to an AI model through our service provider to generate a tailored project brief. Briefs are generated on the fly and are not stored by us.

AI-generated briefs are planning aids only — see our Terms & Conditions. Please don't upload photos containing sensitive personal details (for example, documents, addresses visible on mail, or other people you wouldn't want processed).

5. Where your data lives and who can see it

Quote requests are stored in our application's secured database. Access is restricted: website visitors cannot view submissions, and only authorized personnel of Valley Home Development Co can access them for follow-up.

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our work, after which we delete or anonymize them.

6. Sharing with service providers

We share information only with the providers that operate this website and its features: our hosting platform, our database provider, and the AI gateway that generates project briefs. These providers process data on our behalf to run the Site and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted, or request a copy of it.
